Conway Intermediate School

Hello 3rd-5th grade families,

I would like to do an early welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! I am Danielle Nutting, your child’s 3rd-5th grade principal at Conway Intermediate School. I am very excited to continue working with many of you and building new relationships with everyone that is new to me. I am starting my 21st year in Conway School District as an educator. I attended John H. Fuller Elementary School as a student. I taught first and second grade at Pine Tree Elementary School, and I taught fifth and second grade at John H. Fuller Elementary School. I became the principal at John Fuller in 2015 and I was principal last year of Mountainside Intermediate School.

I know that with the start of every school year there can be a mix of emotions from students and families (and staff)! I want to assure you that I will be here to offer support and guidance along every step of the way. We have a very experienced and welcoming team as well, School Counselor Alison Memoli, Family Support Liaison David Olson, and Sara Stafford, RN will be important names for you to learn. Our entire staff of teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, and office staff are excited to work with all of you this year!

Student arrival (via bus, vehicle, and/or other means) will be 8:30-8:45am, with the school day starting at 8:50am. Dismissal will be from 3:15-3:30pm. Further information about arrival and dismissal procedures will be sent in the next several weeks. The first day of school for students is Tuesday September 2nd!

At Conway Intermediate School, our students and staff will practice, teach, and demonstrate RISE on a daily basis: Resolve, Integrity, Spirit, and Empathy.  We are looking forward to a great year that is full of connection and positivity.
